David LaFontaine

Prior to joining Haffty Consulting as a Partner, David’s career has spanned a variety of roles within the healthcare industry, with much of that time focused on the delivery of services and solutions to the MEDITECH customer base. 

David began his career in healthcare IT working at MEDITECH in the sales division before gaining experience in the consulting industry.  He  spent over a decade in sales, leadership, and executive roles at Beacon Partners (now KPMG), as well as the past 12 years leading sales and marketing for Navin Haffty and Associates.

During the span of his career, David has developed a passion for developing lasting client relationships.  A firm believer in the importance of active listening - he believes in the power of asking meaningful questions, listening to what prospects and clients have to say - and ultimately delivering  services and solutions tailored to those needs.

David is a proud alumnus of the College of The Holy Cross, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.  He also earned his MBA from Anna Maria College.

Outside of work, David is above all else a family man.  He and his wife enjoy spending time with, or talking (bragging) about, their three children.  David is also an avid outdoorsman, especially loves spending time in the mountains of Vermont, and has recently become a fan of international travel.
