Erin Mueller

Erin is an executive leader focused on building client relationships. With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare marketplace, Erin possesses a proven track record of leadership in enterprise software sales, implementation, customer success and account management.

She began her career working for MEDITECH where she gained an invaluable understanding of the MEDITECH EHR platforms and solutions. In varying roles within sales and marketing, she gained wide ranging experience working with all types of organizations, from large IDNs to small critical access hospitals, in their adoption of the MEDITECH EHR. Erin has also worked for a large Boston based healthcare organization and affiliates, gaining valuable first-hand experience into the value and challenges with digital transformation of healthcare technology.

Erin brought her experience to Navin, Haffty & Associates where she recruited top MEDITECH experts before transitioning to a role where she successfully led international sales.

Erin’s ability to listen closely to clients to fully understand their needs comes from years of partnering with customer leadership to align solutions to achieve business objectives. She is dedicating her career to the success of MEDITECH clients. 

Outside of work, Erin and her husband are proud parents of three children. She is an elected member of the local School Committee and an active volunteer. She and her family enjoy time spent outside, from the sidelines of youth sports, skiing at Sugarloaf, swimming on the North Shore to exploring the world through travel. She truly values her friends and family.
