Kim Knoup

Kim has over 15 years of MEDITECH experience. She spent 8 years in informatics at a community hospital before transitioning to consulting for the past 7 years. As a highly accomplished clinical informatics professional and registered nurse, she possesses extensive experience in nursing leadership, informatics, analytics, and solutions delivery across various healthcare settings.

Kim has significant expertise in all aspects of clinical informatics leadership and strategy development, focusing on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Her skills include conducting analytical assessments, executing tactical plans, managing integrations, providing training, strategic planning, process improvements, and team development.

She possesses expert knowledge of the MEDITECH clinical modules and a solid understanding of non-clinical modules. Kim has a proven track record of collaborating with end-users and clinical stakeholders to understand, document, and improve both business and clinical processes through advanced technology. She consistently exceeds expectations by building valuable relationships and effectively engaging with individuals at all levels of an organization, including stakeholders, executive management, team members and clients.

Outside of work, Kim and her husband take pride in being parents to two grown daughters and their three dogs. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and has a passion for warm weather, traveling, reading, and working out.
