Director | Client Services

Nicole is an experienced and enthusiastic healthcare leader with over 15 years working in the MEDITECH space. She worked in consulting for nearly a decade before moving to an IT leadership role in a community hospital.

Nicole has extensive experience with MEDITECH, implementing MEDITECH’s clinical modules, before moving into project management roles. While serving as the IT director of her local community hospital, Nicole oversaw the entire span of Information Technology, including the Project Management Office, Infrastructure Team, Help Desk, and the MEDITECH applications team. As a member of senior leadership, she worked with the executive team to align IT projects and priorities with the larger enterprise strategic plan. She managed both the capital and operating budgets for the department and oversaw their integration into the budgets of a larger health system after the hospital was acquired. Following an acquisition by a multifacility organization Nicole worked to strategically prioritize the alignment of staff into new roles while balancing the need to rapidly implement new technologies, including a service desk platform and new Cybersecurity tools. During a 2023 cyber-attack at another local hospital, Nicole led the effort to bring MEDITECH back online and assisted with the recovery of many systems over several months.

Nicole earned a B.A. in History from Providence College; she continued her education, earning a M.S in Healthcare Administration from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. While working as a consultant in project management, she completed her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. She is also a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner and holds a Lean Six Sigma White Belt. When not working, Nicole can usually be found on the beach with a book or traveling around the globe with her husband.
