Rachel Jacobs

Rachel is a versatile project manager and consultant with extensive expertise in both MEDITECH clinical and non-clinical modules. A seasoned nurse with over 15 years of information technology experience, she has successfully led numerous implementations and upgrades across all MEDITECH platforms, including Expanse/6.x.

Rachel is MEDITECH certified in project management, Order Management/ Electronic Prescribing, Patient Care Systems, and as a clinical lead. She has guided organizations through change control management and the implementation of IT governance procedures. With her clinical background, Rachel possesses an expert understanding of system and workflow integration, ensuring seamless transitions for healthcare teams.

Known for her analytical and critical thinking skills, Rachel excels at collaborating with all levels of staff, from frontline clinicians to senior leadership. Her ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues efficiently makes her a trusted leader of complex healthcare IT projects.

Outside of work, Rachel is an avid outdoors enthusiast who takes full advantage of Montana’s natural beauty. She enjoys hiking, biking, rafting, camping, and skiing. She is also dedicated to giving back to her community through volunteer work with the Montana Food Bank Network.
