Shelly Noyes

Shelly brings over 25 years' experience working in the MEDITECH market.  After spending nine years working directly for MEDITECH, she moved into the consulting market, spending 17 years in leadership at Navin, Haffty & Associates.  

After consulting directly with clients, she turned her focus toward helping clients find the right talent for their projects.  She has built strong relationships with consultants across the industry, by partnering to align goals and incentives, finding creative solutions, and providing clients and consultants with the support needed to succeed.  As a leader, she prides herself on transparency and communication. Her philosophy is, if you prioritize doing what is right for the team and the client, you will make solid business decisions. 

Shelly earned her B.S in Business Administration from Lyndon State College and continued her education in Leadership at the University of Vermont.  When not working, you can find her adventuring... skiing, mountain biking and hiking with her family and dogs.
