Wendy Poole

Wendy has spent the last 20 years focused on hiring and retaining healthcare technology professionals. She discovered her passion for recruiting early on and ever since has dedicated her career to successfully placing top talent in roles that best fit them. 

Wendy started out recruiting across multiple EHR vendors, and skill sets in the Consulting and Managed Services spaces. It was not until 2012 that she became comfortable specializing in Talent Acquisition and Staffing for a single technology vendor.  Since then, Wendy has been building strong and lasting relationships with the best MEDITECH talent. She takes the time to listen to and understand a consultant’s career goals, allowing her to successfully advocate for the consultant.

Wendy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Seton Hall University with a BS in Business Administration. Outside of work, Wendy is a lifelong Parrothead. When she is not enjoying cooking for family and friends, gardening, or DIY projects she can be found entertaining her two spoiled Shiba Inus and training her Belgian Malinois puppy.
